My professional journey reflects the transformation of Indian banking from an era of passbooks and physical tokens to a digital-first ecosystem.
Having worked extensively in public-facing roles, I have been deeply involved in initiatives promoting financial literacy, inclusiveness, and mass banking. I’ve seen firsthand how access to finance can uplift lives — but I also recognize the new barriers and social obstacles that rapid progress sometimes leaves in its wake.
